​Having spent more than 3 years on the leadership team at WTW Insurance and Consulting Technology, a $400m machine learning and complex modelling software business focussed on the insurance industry, I am now supporting the business on a part-time basis to deliver key strategic products for insurance customers.​​


I have spent the last 4 years as a non-executive director and board advisor with The Bunch. The Bunch provide bill management and utility provision for students and young professionals in houses of multiple occupation. We have taken the business from very early bootstrapped growth through two seed funding rounds and have moved the business into planned operational profit.


I have recently started to work alongside Sterling DCS as a technical advisor as they develop their next generation cost and estimation tooling. Sterling by Rapid DCS is a next generation, cloud-based, BIM ready, PAS 2080 compliant estimating and forecasting solution designed to help carbon conscious professionals design, plan, execute and operate more sustainably in the built environment market.

Previous Experience

Head of Engineering - Digital Platforms
I worked with Sky over a 3 year period building Sky's Digital Platforms capability in Leeds, UK, from scratch (600 staff recruited in 2 years), and then leading those core digital delivery teams as we scaled the organisation and delivered complex customer and machine learning solutions.
